The Mass Audubon is the largest conservation organization in New England. They protect nature, wildlife, conservation land, and provide educational programs. There was magic in the air, and it was a perfect day for a wedding.
On a breezy day in Belmont, at the Mass Audubon, a non-traditional couple exchanged vows in the beautiful dappled lit garden. Each vow leading the other to teary eyes and heart felt hand squeezes. Her father, does the honors of conducting the ceremony, and each family member holds on every word. Everyone has waited a long time to see this union of two people.
Here is a beautiful note from the bride’s dad:
“GOD’s purest love was seen and felt all throughout THE most gorgeous day in New England, as we all anxiously awaited Teddy and Kristina to make public, what’s long been deep in their hearts.
A powerful presence of “approving witnesses” attested to the joining of souls and the love shared between Teddy and Kristina was crystalized forever with vows, rings and sealed with a Heavenly Kiss.
I will always cherish this day and thank GOD, Teddy and Kristina for giving me the distinct honor in presiding over the “Perfect Wedding”.
Both of you are truly remarkable.
GOD, thank you for giving Teddy and Kristina the “GIFT”
With sincere gratitude and love,
Dad – Kris Russell
I wanted to extend a special thank you to Santiago Valencia, who flew from Los Angeles to Boston to shoot the wedding.
DIY bride, yes. She made her own bouquet, flower basket, broom, and other beautiful details.
I love her expression when they are first announced as husband and wife…
I love the romantic meadows and open areas we found at the Audubon.
