Real Wedding: Community Church in Corona Del Mar and Harborside Pavilion, Balboa Island

I couldn’t think of a luckier couple.
We are friends on Facebook and I get to see all the updates and congratulations. I see my photography as her profile photo. I know these are little things, that are silly, but they touch me. It was absolutely incredible when I got the “status update” that they were pregnant. Joy! I couldn’t be happier for them.
Since it is a few weeks till the baby is due, I wanted to post a little reminder of their wedding day. I love weddings…

Gorgeous first dance to Rascal Flatts, “Bless the Broken Road”harborside_pavilion_04

You can see the lights all over the harbor.. lovelyharborside_pavilion_05

Special dances are always important to me. I know that it is a way for a couple to pay tribute to the key players in their lives. This one was particularly touching because she asked her Granddad to walk her down the isle and to have a dance. It was very beautiful and I love emotional moments, where I can be able to document forever.  harborside_pavilion_06

This photo encompassed it all for dance. It was joyful.

My special dedication is to my Grandpa Joe, who passed away this past week. I love you.

June 3, 2010 - 6:12 pm Joan Smith - Thanks for posting this it was useful for my wedding planning. Thanks

November 2, 2009 - 4:32 pm Bobby Magee - Holly - Having shot tons of sports photography in the past, I know how deceptively tricky that carousel shot is. You make it look easy, and give the rest of us amateurs a great lesson in humility! Absolutely one of my all time favorites of your work. GREAT job.

October 30, 2009 - 12:31 am shannon - wow!! holly this is stunning! love the ferris wheel and the last one is breathtaking.. heart you :)
