I couldn’t of been the only one that said it to her.
She was just stunning and as glamorous as Maureen O’Hara. Really.
“Yes I have been told that I am the definition of ‘cleans up nice,’” she flashed her perfectly U-shaped smile at me.
They met, fell in love and got married. That is how the story goes. Both involved in theater they were fine with being in front of the camera, being on stage for a church audience, and dancing their socks off the whole reception. I think that it was better than any old Hollywood movie. The leading man was funnier than any Jim Carey movie. The leading lady had more grace than Rita Hayworth. Yes, this is what happens when two stars collide.
The church was older than old. With dreamy worldly charms, amazing stained glass window light, and strict photography restrictions, it made for a perfect location for a wedding. Thanks to the the Wedding Coordinator, Leah Cullen for doing a fabulous job and making the day go so perfectly smooth.
We were able to use all the ground of the church, but we found this one tree that represented their wedding colors perfectly.

After the wedding we skipped over to the Oakmont Country Club. It is a fantastic golf course nestled within the homes of Glendale. The view was already extinguished from the sunset but the cocktail were flowing and the party was started.
Something special about this couple.. besides them overflowing with love and happiness. The glasses they are using to toast with are the same that her parents toasted with on their wedding day… at the same reception location. Amazing. It was so nice when they had a tribute to her parents.
The amazing detail and beautiful cake by Fantasy Frostings in South Pasadena. Each leaf was hand crafted, and gleamed with sugary goodness. The fabulous details almost over shined the perfect flavors of rasberry lemon and chocolate fudge surprise. Here is a description from their website of Chocolate Fudge Surprise, It’s a “Dense, Dark Chocolate layers glorified with hand beaten fudge, dark chocolate mousse and a rich layer of ganache with crushed English toffee. Our tribute to all world class chocolate lovers.”
The dance floor was so packed that they started dancing around on the carpet and around the tables. The DJ and entertainment company were fantastic. I would recommend them to any bride planning a wedding that wants all their guest to be on their feet and dancing the night away.
