I try not to take for granted all the beautiful things in the world. I try to stop and smell the flowers, but sometimes, I feel myself slipping into the hustle and bustle that is life.
So with great thanks and appreciate this blog post is dedicated to stopping and seeing things as beautiful as truly are…

On our way back from Santa Barbara, he wanted to take the “long way”. It seems that I am terribly non-scenic when I am driving and would much rather of taken the cityscape routes right on the 101. But he insisted, and since he was driving.. well he won.

Off the 126 is lovely bunches of yellow covering the mountain side.

My desperate attempt to be like Fine Art / Landscape photographer Steve Sieren

My love and favorite heart shaped fruit.

I love the warmth and texture that comes from this one.

With all that said, I appreciate him more than ever because he knows sometimes you just have to stop, pull out your camera, and capture something beautiful.

Thank you Jeff, for knowing me better than I know myself.
